Crema di cipolle bianche

Ingredients: Onions, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar
Pack of 180 g. produced without coloring or preservatives
The creams and patés are made in the laboratory starting from freshly picked raw materials, immediately selected, and processed according to traditional recipes, with the sole addition of extra virgin olive oil.
They can be considered a modern version of the traditional preserves, of which they have however a much wider and imaginative field of use.
