Tenute Zagarella extra virgin olive oil is obtained from olives of the Ogliarola del Bradano, Leccino, Coratina and Frantoio varieties, harvested and pressed within a few hours. It is green in color with warm tones of golden yellow, clear. To the nose it is intense and ample, rich in notes of leaf and scent of thistle.
The taste is intense while remaining harmonious in the tones of bitter and spicy with a clear and elegant finish. Excellent raw on salads, cooked vegetables or in pinzimonio, it is essential on roasts and legume soups to enhance and define aromas and flavors. The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature.
